Wednesday Wait Loss 126

Welcome to Wednesday Wait Loss. Please share what you’ve been working on!

First let me tell you what I've been up to

On Tuesday, the Partners in Design released Block 9 in our Sew Let’s QAL. Click here to learn where you can get the pattern and to read my tips for making the block.

Also on Tuesday, I released my project suggestions for using the quilt along blocks. Click here to view my tutorials for making these projects and to learn how you can enter our giveaway!

Well that was my week.

Now let's see who made this week's feature

First up is Jen @ De Jong Dream House, who shared three quilt finishes! As if that wasn’t enough, she shared another finish—a special coded quilt.

Next are Vasudha @ Storied Quilts and Pamela @ Pamela Quilts, who shared their June Island Batik Ambassador challenge projects.

Next is Alice, who shared the beginning of her “almost bargello” quilt, which has been underway for a while. I’m really intrigued by this design! Let’s cheer her onto a fast finish.

Last but not least is Pamela @ Mama Spark’s World, who is new to our little group. Let’s give her a great big Wednesday Wait Loss welcome and visit her blog to leave an encouraging comment. Pamela shared four pillows she made for her daughter, each one simply lovely.

Congratulations ladies! Here's an I Was Featured badge for your blogs or to simply print out and wear with pride! Thank you for supporting my blog!

  • This linky is all about encouragement, so please visit a few of the links and leave a comment.

I’d really hate to lose you over this change because we have such a great weekly group! If needed, you can send me your images via email and I’ll add them manually.

Important note

To celebrate the 4th of July, let’s have a special link up. Link up any mostly red/white/blue quilt or project for two entries! Link up other quilts for one entry. (Projects can be red, white, and blue, or mostly red or mostly blue to count.) I’ll announce the winner next Wednesday. The winner will get a scrappy red/white/blue fabric bundle. This prize is open to US residents only, but if you live outside the US and win, I’ll send you a free pattern of your choice from my shop.

Here are some of my red/white/blue quilts for inspiration. Click the image to read more about that quilt.
