Wednesday Wait Loss 106

Welcome to Wednesday Wait Loss. I can’t wait to see what you’ve been working on!

First let me tell you what I've been up to

On Saturday, I finally admitted that it was 2019 by recapping my goals from last year. and how well I did on them. As it turns out, not too bad.

I also listed my goals for February. It feels good to have goals even when I have trouble meeting them. Click here to read all about it.

One of my goals for February involves these fabrics….yep, I’m a Star Trek fan.

On Monday, I announced a new, free pattern. The pattern uses the fabric collection, Beach is My Happy Place by Timeless Treasures. Read more about it here.

So that was my week.

Now let's see who made this week's feature

First up is Karen @ Quilts Etc. Karen has been making good progress on the mystery quilt, Good Fortune. Isn’t it wonderful?

Karen’s daughter has been sick but is starting down the road to good health. If you drop by Karen’s blog, please leave her a note of encouragement. I believe our little group here is all about encouraging each other, whether it’s quilting or one of life’s troubles. I know I felt your encouragement when my sister took ill and I thank you for that.

Next up is Zafira @ Zarkadia Quilting Co. Zafira shared her Swoon quilt, and man does it make me swoon! Zafira began this quilt back in 2013 and it’s finally done! No matter how long it took, I applaud anyone who takes the time to hand-quilt a quilt. I think you’ll agree that the result here is lovely.

Jump over to Zafira’s blog to see closeups of this gorgeous quilt and her wonderful quilting.

QuiltE from Flickr (sorry, I don’t know your name) is new to our group, so let’s all welcome her! QuiltE shared this wonderful valentine table topper, and it’s just in time for Valentine’s Day! I love her feather quilting. Sheer perfection.

Congratulations ladies! Here's an I Was Featured badge for your blogs or to simply print out and wear with pride! Thank you for supporting my blog!
