Welcome to Wednesday Wait Loss. Please share your quilty works in progress and recent quilt finishes with us!
First let me tell you what I've been up to
I've released a new pattern, this time for Quilting Treasures. Purrfect Paws features the Purr-suasion collection. Just love these sweet kitties!
Oh! And I'm having a new pattern sale that includes Purrfect Paws, Picnic Under the Stars, Berry Picnic, and Bear Mountain. Read all about it here.
I continue my work on O Tannenbaum, my WIP challenge piece for Always in Stitches (the quilt shop where I work). I've got until Friday's staff meeting to get this one done. Wish me luck!
Been a busy week!
Let's see who made this week's feature
Last week we had a lot of new visitors! Help me say hello and make them welcome. First up is Happy, who shared the first quilt she's ever made for herself (I bet a lot of you can relate to that!) and her fabric pull for the Happy Go Lucky Sew Along. The fabrics she plans to use she and her mom dyed together! Won't this be wonderful?
Next up is Sharon @ Yellow Cat Quilts, who is hosting the Happy Go Lucky Sew Along. I'm sponsoring one of the weekly prizes and I'm so excited to see Sharon back with us!
Sharon linked up her Block 1 post. This quilt looks fast and easy, and I'm hoping to sew along and use up some of my scraps. Each week Sharon will share instructions for an extra block. The extra block for Week 1 is on the right.
Visit Sharon's blog to learn how you can join us!
Next is Judy @ JBigg's Scrap Pieces in Kentucky, who shared her Garlic Knot blocks. Which layout should she use? Visit Judy's blog and give her your two-cents.
Finally, I'd like to feature Dawn @ Dawnyk Quilts, who shared a Pack It Up Pouch in progress. Dawn is new to blogging, so be sure to drop by and show your support.
Congratulations Happy, Sharon, Judy, and Dawn! Thank you so much for sharing your quilt projects with us. Here's an I Was Featured badge for your blogs.
So put on your thinking caps and round up those Fair quilts! I'm thinking the comments or the linked blog posts will be filled with interesting stories, so I'm really looking forward to this one. I hope you are too! Remember, the next special linkup will be August 22nd. You can look ahead to the rest of the year by looking over the list in my sidebar.
Time to link up your works in progress and recent quilty finishes!

Don't forget to gather your quilts for the August special link up!
Our next special link up will be August 22nd, and we're celebrating the State Fair! Gather quilts that remind you of anything at the fair--quilts that have won ribbons, quilts that feature the things you might find at a fair--hogs, chickens, cows, horses, and other farm animals; ferris wheels and other carnival rides; games of chance; tractors and other farm equipment; and state fair food like lemonade, deep fried everything, and of course, corn! Basically, if you can think of a story that links your quilt to the State Fair in some way, it'll get two chances to win an Island Batik Stash Builder Roll! Other quilts that are linked up will get one chance.
Linking to several fun quilty linky parties.
