Wednesday Wait Loss 70

Welcome to Wednesday Wait Loss!

It's all rainbows here because last night I got the last of my two secret sewing quilts back from the quilter! On the way to the quilter's studio, I went through a rainstorm, then saw this lovely rainbow.

The symbolism of emerging from a driving rainstorm to see a rainbow did not escape me. <grin>

So I'm all smiles on the Wednesday Wait Loss because my two secret sewing projects are done. Since they use fabrics in the Fall/Winter collections, I won't be able to show you my quilts for a while. But I will sometime, don't worry! And who knows? Since they are joining a traveling trunk show for Island Batik, you may see one or both of them in person some day, in your local quilt shop!

Here's a sneak peek at the finished quilt. <wink>

That's what I've been up to this week.! Let's see who made this week's feature.

This week I have several features. First, I want to feature Wendy @ Pieceful Thoughts of My Quilting. Wendy shared her Spring Paws quilt.

Isn't it wonderful? I won't spoil the surprise, but you need to jump over to her blog and read what Wendy did with her quilt!

Next, I want to feature Dione @ Clever Chameleon Quilting. Dione shared a set of pillows she made with Island Batiks! I'm late with my pillow (the May Island Batik challenge) but I'll have it done soon. In the meantime, jump over to Dione's blog and enjoy her post!

Finally, you should check out Turid @ Den Syende Himmel's Island Batik pillow challenge. I just love these gold batiks!

Congratulations ladies! Here's an I Was Featured badge for your blogs.
