Welcome to Wednesday Wait Loss where you can share your unfinished quilt projects and receive encouragement to finally finish them!
Me, I finished Wicked Envy last week but it's been either raining or snowing since. I may have to give up on an outdoor photo shoot. Sigh.
Here are the blocks I received from Sue @ Seven Oaks Street Quilts.
And Kate @ Smiles from Kate sent these to me all the way from England!
I'm getting quite the collection!
On Saturday, I finished my March Island Batik challenge. The challenge was to try a quilting technique new to us. I tried making a Lone Star quilt and ended up checking off an item from my bucket list! You can read all about it here.
Finally, I'm sponsoring a quilt along that just kicked off this week. Yep, there are prizes for participating and this week the prize is one of my patterns. Jump over to Alison @ Little Bunny Quilts and join the fun!
Well, that's what I've been up to! Let's see who made this week's feature.
This week I want to feature a new quilter to our WWL family: Danette @ Nettie Sews and Lucky Quilts. Last week, Danette shared some fabric Easter baskets with us.
Aren't they adorable? Congratulations Danette! Here's an I Was Featured badge for your blog.
Last week, a lot of you shared your special Easter and Spring quilts with us. Thank you, thank you to everyone who participated in my special link up. If you missed the quilts, you simply must see them!
I don't know about you, but I'm liking these special link ups, and I've decided to have one each month. We had two in March, so I think the next one will be in May. How about basket quilts (May baskets) for May? We'll have our next special linkup on May 16th, featuring basket quilts.
Until then, feel free to link up any quilty work in progress or a recent finish. I can't wait to see what you're up to!
Remember, if you need help linking up, click here for detailed step by steps.
