Welcome to Wednesday Wait Loss, where you get encouragement to stop waiting and to instead finish those long ignored projects.
I've been busy this week, mostly focusing on completing my quilt for the Modern Plus Quilts Book Hop. If you haven't read seen my quilt, click here to read that post. At the end of the post you'll find a list of participating blogs. I encourage you to visit the blogs to see the wonderful Plus quilts we made from this book. They are awesome!
My quilt is based on their pattern, Fractured Rings. I call my version On the Plus Side.
I finished the quilting on Wicked Envy, but I'll save that for Saturday's post. Here's another sneak peek to whet your appetite.
I also worked a bit more on this month's Island Batik project, which uses the Plum Delicious collection. Sorry, no sneak peek here!
Now that you've seen what I've been up to, let's see who made the weekly feature.
I was overwhelmed by everyone last week! So many beautiful green quilts were linked up to my special St. Patrick's Day linky party that it was hard to choose just one to feature.
So I chose three! <grin>
First up is Lisa Marie, who shared a St. Patrick's Day mini quilt (inspired by her trip to Ireland last year) and a pillow. i love how the architecture of the street lamps in Ireland inspired her mini quilt. Isn't it lovely? And that pillow is darling!
Next is Melanie @ A Bit of Scrap Stuff, who also participated in the Modern Plus Quilts Book Hop with me. Melanie shared her version of the Rick Rack Runner which is deliciously green.
I adore this photo! Doesn't her quilt look like a magazine quilt?
Finally, Turid @ Den Syende Himmel shared her La Passion quilt, which is tantalizingly close to being done. It's beauty is overwhelming! We just have to give her a WWL cheer to help her finish!
Congratulations girls! Here's an I Was Featured badge for your blogs.
I really love these special linkups! I plan on a special Easter link up on March 28th, so get those bunnies, eggs, and Easter related quilts ready to share!
