Wednesday Wait Loss 58: A Special St. Patrick's Day Link Up!

Welcome to Wednesday Wait Loss and Happy St. Patrick's Day! For this week's link up, I invite you to share your green quilty projects!

It's been a big week for me!

I posted my March goals last week, and I'm happy to report that I've made progress. I've completed the top for my secret sewing project, and now it's on to the quilting part. My fabric pull for that project is shown here on the left. You'll get to see the final project on Monday, which is my day on the Modern Plus Signs Book Blog Hop.

I've also made progress on my Island Batik project for this month--that fabric pull is shown here on the right. It's called Plum Delicious. This month we're challenged to try a new technique. I'm having fun with this one and can't wait to show you.

Finally, I've almost finished the quilting on Wicked Envy. You might remember this project from last year.

Last year I got the top done but not the quilting so it ended up on my To Do list. Well, it's almost off the list and boy am I happy! I'll hold the big reveal until it's done, but here's a sneak peek at how I quilted the witches hats.

Finally, something green. I've been pulling fabrics to cut for my Shamrock blocks for my Irish Eyes quilt and hope to make some soon. My block is below--the fabrics I pulled are at the

Well, that's what I've been up to! I can't wait to see the projects you share.

Before we get to this week's feature, let me share a bit more about the Modern Plus Sign Quilts Book Hop. Each day in the hop a quilt pattern from the book will be featured and along the way there will be giveaways! Here's the schedule for the hop.

Wednesday Wait Loss

This week I want to feature Shasta @ High Road Quilter. Shasta just joined our group, and her post featured this lovely fabric mandala, made by her sister from scraps from a quilt Shasta made. Isn't it wonderful?

Congratulations Shasta! Here's an I Was Featured badge for your blog.
