Wednesday Wait Loss 18

Hi everyone and welcome back to Wednesday Wait Loss!

Ugh. I had such a time this morning getting the linkup to work. Let me know if you have problems. My email is at the end of this post.

I have a confession—I’m very late in making the monthly blocks for the Queen of my online bee. So making those blocks is my highest priority work in progress. Here are the samples that each Queen provided. Gotta get busy and get these done and mailed off! My month as queen is July so I need to make my sample block as well. What WIPs do you want to finish this week?

I did however finish my May Island Batik challenge, and if you want to see it click here. The challenge for June is curved piecing, so I gotta get going on that as well. Got a lot of ideas in my head, but haven't decided on anything just yet.

Time for my weekly shout out! This week I want to feature Deanna @ Daughters of Dorinda. Deanna has been a faithful follower of WWL and last week she shared the loveliest embroidered snowman quilt. She also shared three blocks from a work in progress, Diamond Hill. Deanna shares her blog with her sisters, each taking a turn to post. It’s a great blog and you should check it out!

Congratulations Deanna! Grab an “I Was Featured” button for your blog.
