Wednesday Wait Loss 13

Welcome to Wednesday Wait Loss! WWL is the place to share your works in progress and find love and encouragement to get them done!

Wednesday Wait Loss

I’m still sewing on several secret sewing projects, and this week there’s one in particular I want to tell you about: my row for the row by row quilt, In My Neighborhood.

So what IS it? You'll have to wait to see...<grin>

The In My Neighborhood quilt along is going on now, with the first four months available through Cheryl @ Quilter Chic. My month is May, and I’ve been working on sewing up a sample of my row. Sorry I can’t show you more! I’m also working on a pattern of my own that uses my row in an adorable wall hanging.

My row goes up May 15th, and I hope you’ll come back to see it and my new wall hanging pattern! I’ll be offering a discount on my pattern that week, so don’t miss it. Here are some of the fabrics I’m using for my wall hanging.

Time for my weekly shout out! You guys sure are making this hard…so many adorable projects! In the end though I chose Vickie @ Vickie’s Crafts and Quilting. Vickie shared two finishes.

Congratulations Vickie! Grab an “I Was Featured” button for your blog.

Here are the projects that received the most hugs in last week’s voting. Lots of love and encouragement for everyone!

Time to link up! Remember that you can link up WIPs and recent finishes, especially if you’ve shared the projects here before! We love, love to see a project come to a great finish. You can link up to 3 projects, and each one gets you a chance to win three fat quarters from the Twilight collection by Windham Fabrics.

The linky will be open until Friday, May 5th at midnight EST. If you need help, click here for detailed steps. If you run into difficulties, just email me your link. Voting starts after the linky closes and runs until Tuesday, May 9th at midnight EST.

Here are some quick reminders:

  • This linky is all about encouragement, so please visit a few of the links and leave a comment.
  • If you’re uploading a photo from your phone/computer, leave a comment below that explains your project. And for the rest of us, please reply to a few of these comments leaving words of encouragement for a quick finish.
  • Please link back to my post somewhere in your blog post or use @inquiringquilter and #wedwaitloss to tag me in your Instagram/Flickr post.
