Stepping Stones is the perfect quilt for beginners and experienced quilters alike because it is fast and easy to make! Choose precuts (layer cakes and jelly rolls) or fat quarters for a scrappy look, or use yardage for a design that's more planned.

Multiple sizes are included in the pattern. For fabric requirements, view the second photo (click the photos to expand them). The Scrappy Precuts/Scrappy Fat Quarters Version on the cover (the neutral colored quilt) is Lap size. The Planned Yardage Version on the cover (the pink quilt) is Toddler size. Finished block is 11.5" square. This pattern is recommended for a beginner with basic quilting skills (piecing with accurate 1/4-inch seams, rotary cutting, pressing, and quilt finishing (basting, quilting, binding). Optionally, for quilt finishing the completed top can be sent to a longarmer for quilting and binding.
